The Uwanja Camp Water Playground near the Samawati Springs Pool at Kidani Village will be closed for refurbishment starting in mid-January 2025. A reopening date has not been announced.

The DVC Studios and Villas at Kidani Village are slated for a full hard goods refurbishment starting in October 2025 through Summer 2026. This might include replacing furniture, fixtures, and equipment and significant changes to the room layout, renovation of bathrooms, or kitchen upgrades.
